Four (4) Dream Team Plays cost $100.00 (and includes one (1) free play of both bonus games (Quick Six, Cup Quiz)
Eight (8) Dream Team Plays cost $150.00 (and includes two (2) free plays of both bonus games (Quick Six, Cup Quiz)
Twelve (12) Dream Team Plays cost $250.00 (and includes three (3) free plays of both bonus games (Quick Six, Cup Quiz)
Sixteen (16) Dream Team Plays cost $300.00 (and includes four (4) free plays of both bonus games (Quick Six, Cup Quiz)
Thirty Two (32) Dream Team Plays cost $600.00 (and includes eight (8) free plays of both bonus games (Quick Six, Cup Quiz)
